The Role of Race in College Admissions
Conservative justices are focused on the fact that precedent requires schools do everything they can to achieve a diverse class without explicitly looking at someone's race. To many conservatives, any explicit use of race favoring one group over another feels like constitutionally prohibited discrimination. Chief Justice Roberts has such strong views about the use of race and how dangerous he thinks it can be That I wonder which one's going to win over in the end.
