How Does the Fellowship Structure Work?
In terms of the fellowships and who receives the fellowships so how will that work. There's concerns there about things like favoritism or whether the correct person gets the job but also concerns about waiting things. So essentially it's very much like a scholarship or I would like to think less like a job interview so basically it'll be we will create the fellowships, identify the need and then open applications for people to apply for the fellowship.
