Digital Intercepting - What's the New Normal?

We do 20 to 30 people in a day. We have multiple moderators engaging with sort of mini group size for about 15, 20 minutes at a time and are able to turn that around very quickly because we've been streamlined. And I think that actually has been quite helpful this year or the past, I don't know, year and a half,. Where are they right now? What on earth is the new normal? Maybe we can't tackle that, but we can tackle what's different in September than June.
