What's Changed in California?

The two biggest distributors in our market are pushing a law to require people like me, smaller distributors, to have warehouse space in manhattan. I'm all for the state liquor authority. Thank god new york is regulated. Do they make mistakes, sure? Absolutely. The reason this is a diverse and dynamic market is because the people ot the state Liquor Authority make sure that it stays that way by preventing big players from taking over.
