The Breakfast Myth
Is it better to intermittent fast or is that which usually involves skipping breakfast? The reason why some people aren't hungry at breakfast is because some people don't stop eating till 10 o'clock at night. You can get a 12-hour fast by eating breakfast, but you just have a newly dinner and then you've stopped eating by 7pm at night. Some of the research suggests that you get an improvement in your metabolic health if you eat well every day.
