The Importance of Balance in the Workforce
We have these zillion structures that are perpetuating the status quo, the kind of way of thinking things. And you're getting the same kind of reoccurring problems over and over again, but just with different attributes or traits. While they float fascinating about this is that when you talk to people who have been quote unquote successful in the current system, they will very often talk about you use words like meritocracy. So I find it really, really fascinating that we have this basic human needs to justify things through that.
