The priority in the air domain are pretty much exclusively defensive, including fighters. The biggest priority is clearly getting on top of the Shahid's, the Iranian launching munitions being supplied in large numbers. Russia can very effectively use them to bolster its relatively limited remaining stocks of cruise missiles and particularly things like the Askanda 9M723 and 720 ballistic missiles for this counter-infrastructure campaign.
