The only way that's winning formula is if so many Democrats stay home because they are just unhappy with Joe Biden that Donald Trump squeaks by. That is a recipe that relies on luck. And here's the thing: I want Joe Biden to be president of the United States, not Barack Obama. By the way, I don't even think Joe Biden is really in control of his own administration anymore.
