The Satya Family Model and CBT
The Satya family model believes that what we think as individual problems issues are never individual. They are often derived from the dysfunctional family system. In order to help one person, we need to situate this person in the family system. The second example is about cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), which is very popular in the West because insurance companies love it. CBT usually claims that they can improve their patients outlook by only 10 or 20 at most therapists. It was a form of political persuasion under socialism. That's how it was started. So a party member would do that. But CBT, of course, it's not a political ideology, it claims to science.
