Are Retailer Touchpoints Equally Important?
What a physical store offers is also a community and a human connection. And i do think tt there's something very unique that's fored in store by way of human connection. That being said, there's also something to be said about digital commerce, because the speed, as well as the selection is so vast and so fast. So i'd say that they're both equally important. They're very different in what they allow for you to experience. I believe that this is going to be even more important as people adopt both ways of purchasing as well as receiving information goods and services.
