Luigi: I thought he raised a really interesting point. And ony of our listeners know the answer sugested. But i'd be very curious to know what that answer is. Here, no, but this, i think thit is an excellent point. He says we tend to think people can substitute easily between some safe debt, some risky debt and some aquity. If stup stuff is really not perfect substitute, then this really acted as a major tax on a groupof and the advantage of others.
