The Pressure to Change in the European Union
There are a lot of levers that are pushing businesses to change and you might consider that regulation is the main factor but actually there is quite a lot more. The regulatory framework has changed significantly in the last few years especially in the European Union context. We have also observed that there is hiring related push for sustainability to be a priority. There are so many studies that have shown that people are buying again with their values, they go to a shop and they are willing to pay for sustainable option rather than a non-sustainable one.
