Seed oils are highly processed oils. They substitute for the saturated fats that we have evolved to eat. And they get into things like our cell membranes, which can be damaging there. So I say it probably doesn't matter, just avoid the processed food and you don't get vegetable and seed oils in your diet really outside of processed food.
