When a project is in pre launch stage, it can become basically anything it wants. But for these projects that never get to that point of actually being used in he real world, like iota, you know, this never happens. So the storyan can go on without reality. And with every boomarket it kind of resurrects,. because there are new people coming in, and they are enamerated by by the narrative. The projectils ante to invest us by the narrative. En they don't buy something that i actually intend use all that even some one else intends to use. That's why it works.
