We want to give you some examples of what simple shifts may be necessary for you, your leadership, your ministry. In the next couple of weeks, we're going to talk about some simple shifts ted to week end services and a discipleship strategy. And by the way, as we go through all these, the assumption isn't that you have to engage all of thee simple shifts. But let's start with our mission as an example. We need to become more aware of the fact that our mission field is across the street, rather than across the world.

In the first episode of our new series, we discussed what does not need to change in the new normal. But the series is called Simple Shifts for a reason–we do believe there are some things you need to consider changing.

In this week's episode, Tony and Amy are unpacking the first three simple shifts regarding your church's mission field and vision.
