The Importance of Relative Distance in Golf
If we did roll back, we'd all get used to it very quickly. So I don't think it would affect the enjoyment of the game. It's not like people are going to show up at events and say, Oh, wow, that was a poof out there. Like that wasn't even hit hard because it's just not. If they roll it back, you will see guys hit a harder. Big hitters will have a bigger advantage. There's no point in having 200 mile an hour ball speed. The golf courses are big enough. You can't control it. But if they do roll back, you'll actually find that the more at less accurate, the better.
