Is There a New Product on the Market?

I don't enjoy doing super clavicular brachial plexus blocks anymore because even though I consider myself to be an expert at intra plexus hydro dissection techniques or a severe experience of doing it. It gives me the heebie gbs now. So actually you know I we're going off tangent now but that's kind of the way we roll here. There is a new product on the market called the Saphira safe injection for regional anesthesia device which comes with specially fitted syringes and has either a palm operator or a foot operator so essentially you can hold the needle and you can control aspiration and injection. If the injection pressure is high it won't
