The Hypochondriac's Ending

Dr. Crawford sent his twin brother to Ohio for treatment of liver disease but when he came back, the man was dead. He had actually died of cirrhosis of the liver. "This is a hat on a hat. We don't need this ending," says Dr. Crawford.
