The Big Investment in Sport and Recreation
Sport and is perhaps the traditional thing many people are thinking of when they are thinking about physical activity. So all different age groups, but also different abilities in sport. Someone that has never done sports might not be very good at a beginning. If we can somehow create a little bit more activity during or day, for example, by standing more,. walking to coffee machines, having walking meetings, things like that, it can make a big difference. And then finally, am m becoming more active as not something we typically can do on our own.
