Every time they posted a story, we each went through and we looked at what they said. We also made notes of things like stickers that they were using that expressed a certain emotion. Instagram Stories has a lot of rich metadata associated with it. It was a very low friction way for them to quickly document their experience and share it with us without a whole lot of overhead.
