We all mistake repetition for accuracy and our social media feeds are a 24-7 repetition machine. So I think that the first step is to curate your social media feed, to try to pay attention to that. And when you see new information, to really step back and say, 'I need to validate that with another source' You're not going to change anybody's mind on social media so don't get into these slugfests where you're going back and forth, back and forth.
