Is It a Michelin Star Restaurant?
It was definitely tighter at Kato. I mean, we were doing some questionable things at some of the other restaurants. There's like some Michelin star restaurants where you're picking herbs for a year before you move up. The star system was first introduced in 1926 with a single star denoting a very good restaurant.
