As a junior developer, you're more beholden to the opinions of others. You just have to do things the way the team does em or the way your senior or teklead tells you to do them. When i join a company, i'm in it for years, because i feel like the kinds of impacts i want to make take a lot longer at this stage of my career than they do for a junior developer. If i'm there, i could stayi job is lke, let's say it's my first saw for job. I can stay eight to 12 months and then hop and try something brand new.
