Dyspnea and Cardiovascular Ideologies

Pulmonary causes loom large with the chief concern of dyspnea. The one thing I used to always forget about it is the vascular causes but don't forget about the vessels like pulmonary embolism and specifically pulmonary hypertension and vascularities as well. There are other ideologies like chest wall issues, neuro-muscular conditions like my sinia, anemia and some other causes that like a sedosis, thyroid issues that cause dyspnea but not really hypoxemia. And again, just kind of rounding out like, do we have anything in this patient's history to think of like a, you know, respiratory pump problem, probably not.
