The Importance of a Good Ground Relationship

When a client hires me, I work for them. And my job is to ensure their success. Sometimes they are the obstacle in front of that success. So you have to be really careful because it's not easy telling somebody who's writing you a check that this idea that you have for this thing is wrong. You have to develop a relationship with them and sometimes come at it sideways.
