i find physiological triggers really, really useful. i work on a programme er for british athletics where we look ane 17 year olds coming up through. And the more emotional literacy you can give young athletes, the better they can handle of different things. I've kind of getting your body to act out what you should be doing im and then we've got my favorite activity that i really, really love.
