A lot of people say, well, if you're consuming these omega six oils, your tissues are going to have a lot more of those fatty acids and cell membranes. But what's really interesting is the conversion of linoleic acid to aracedonic acid iis very poor. It just doesn't happen in really high quantities and humans. If you wanted to adopt an eating pattern that would most likely actually increase aracadonic acid in these tissues, it would probably be a very high meat diet.
