Can You Hire Someone to Generate Leads?

Can you hire someone to generate leads? Can they be virtual? I wonder if this literally goes back to the thing we're just talking about, to around process. Virtual assistance can be great if there's a process already in place for them to succeed. If there's no process yet, you're going to put somebody in that role. Don't go full outbound cold, because you're competing with everybody else. You know, start with people who have y reached out, but you didn't convert them from a to an invoice.
