The entire healthcare industry today is a service, meaning you request an appointment with your doctor who sees you one on one whenever you think you need quote unquote healthcare. This one-on-one human interaction model does not work, it's not scalable, it's incredibly expensive. And so we've reached the limits of that. The only way to really move to a new paradigm in healthcare where it becomes more affordable and accessible is to productize it.
