The Importance of Looking in the Eye When Giving an Exam

The patient was chronically ill-appearing, very thin and frail and caquedic. The eye exam was just never for this right, formual defects. In the mouth she had poor dentition, but there was extensive thrush that was noted. Her leg exam was actually clear without any ronkire rails for her abdomen. She did have a midline surgical scar for prior surgery.
