Db t is a very emotionally validating modality. It helps you understand your emotions aren't crazy, they're not bad or wrong. We get in trouble when we invalidate our primary emotions and then create what debutee calls secondary emotions. Because these aren't the real will call it emotions,. Our body just gets stuck.
