The Arthur Mythology and the Real Grail
Theories of literary or philosophical influence in recent years have been transmuted into theories of literal possession and often conspiracy theories. So all these different theories tend to move in a common direction, namely, they tend to detach the grail from the arthur mithos. And this is what they have in common with the more academic and scholarly theory that we see, like in kings of the grail. Both of them have this similar mind set that they de ch the grail From the arthur mythos which they see as fundamental, fundamentally, historically untenable.
