The Role of Carbon Outsourcing in the Global Economy
Carbon outsourcing is one of the key ways in which carbon gets distributed around the global economy so unfriendly. It's been used domestically for example, the ways of urban sustainability have evolved tracks at rural land to facilitate the carbon cost of very carbon intensive industry in urban areas. And it has also been used not just in relation to carbon but also pollution. We've got six examples amongst others really of the ways in which this town carbon colonialism used to be to do.
