Sleep variability is really it's a lack thereof. We do not want sleep variability. We want consistency across the board. And I think, you know, folks can there have been some studies that show this. Time restricted eating could potentially be another lever to offset the effects of an unstable wake time, sleep, wake time. Exercise also important in terms of the impact on our metabolism.
