Harmony is a quality of hanging togetherness in the various systems that are being participated in. In this training, we're focusing on five aspects that we are practising to bring into harmony. As i'll describe those along with the practices we do, and then at that point, i think maybe john, we can count ad anybody, we can just kind of jam talk. And so now i'll describe a little bit more detail what each of thes mean for us.
