How to Ban Gender-Affirming Healthcare in the United States

There's many states throughout the country that are trying to ban this healthcare, and truly that answer varies on the state. In Montana, our ban on gender-affirming care states we can't prescribe medications for kids for gender reasons. Our law also states that surgeries cannot be performed for gender reasons on minors. Some of these bans in some states are also trying to ban physicians and other professionals from even talking to kids about socially transitioning.
