Is There a Responsibility to Hire Diverse People to Be in the Museums?
I think there would be a whole lot less shame around these topics if there were just more le at the table, because then you have more experiences to draw upon. And so i think the responsibility is to say what you see hugely active and unionizing at the museums at which i work,. thinking and talking about and speaking openly about pay transparency. I put together the pay transparency project a couple of years ago. But also bet how the job is really not structured in ways that are equitable. So those spaces have a long way to go, i think, ambut, you've a lot to say at that, because you have assumed those spaces for many reasons.
