Rheumatoid or autoimmune form of arthritis, which anybody who's seen patients with that recognize it is just looks like an awful affliction. The much more common osteoarthritic, which I assume is more aware and tear doesn't have that autoimmune component. So historically, just in my orthopedic lifetime, I see very few now rheumatoid arthritic and what we would call the RA negative. But I see less than I ever saw before because of the medical therapies.
