The Lessons of the Rams and the City of St. Louis
The Rams left the city of St. Louis with $144 million in debt when they moved to Los Angeles, and cities all over the place are looking at what happened now. And so we're finding that now where it's not just a stadium but these developers are being required to really change the neighborhood. The latest study came out from the University of Chicago in 2019 going back the last 20 years. It could be from 2019 and still be outdated because this is happening now. Find any economist. I'm saying your evidence is shit.
