Multipolar Active Shills - The Impossibility of a Multipolar Deployment

The idea of multipolar active shills is hard enough already to imagine an enforcement apparatus that's able to monitor adequately prevent these dangers. It's again very hard to imagine that there's adequate cryptographic protection in how these things are constituted, such that non anomalous behavior stays private. And then on top of that, there's the unlikelihood that we get to an agreement to do a simultaneous multi polar deployment. So these are all arguments that the path that we've laid out in this chapter is very, very hard to achieve, and were very unlikely to achieve it.
