Prime Minister Kishita was the first Japanese Prime Minister to attend a NATO meeting which was in Madrid last year. That's also true for South Korea, New Zealand and Australia. There is a similar quality and characteristics to Russia, China, and North Korea. In other words, it's the response to a strong country being coercive, but we have to be coercive back.
