The Importance of Fantasy Wargaming
Bruce Galloway and his cohorts were, I believe, English private school kids. They actually take issue with Dungeons and Dragons because it wasn't historically accurate enough. He does know that right there on the cover of the book, it says dragons and dragons weren't real. That is an absolutely accurate assessment just on the title.
