The Sleep Routine Is Set by When You Wake Up

When my alarm used to go off at three o'clock, there was no other option for me. So i just didn't give myself the option of staying in bed. The early morning light is what wakes you up. And june is actuallya the month in the year when we get the least sleep. It's about 25 minutes lesson in winter. Unless you have fantastic curtains, it's likely that the light will come in and wake you up. Get a pair of eye shades, something to slap on, not by sexin bed, but them.
