I wish we could get a better study to do it. It's a very expensive study, and I don't know if it'll ever be done. But when you're trying to apply this at the population level, or really intervene, I have to admit that I don't think there's much evidence. So I wouldn't say that really we're at a point where it's generally inconclusive. However, I think we do have good evidence to talk about food processing and nutrient density and food texture.
