Some of the politicians and local figures from that time still have red rosettes on their chest. The first police investigation into this abuse in Rotterland started started in 2008 and didn't secure any conviction until 2010. And they were able to get away with saying the reason why they're done nothing was because the police were doing this when the use of the seminar came out in 2014, but nobody had bothered to really press them on this so I found no evidence that police were even at the meeting.
