What Causes Variance Between Cohorts?
There are lots of variants between cohorts at Mon. We try to put people roughly with others in the same career level, which I think is useful for feeling like on the same level as the other participants in Mon's cohort. One fun story is we had around six or so civil servants from the UK civil service participating in our alternative proteins program. And they were thinking about what can the UK government's or UK civil service do to improve the regulations around plant-based meat.
