Before the era of masmedia andt there were a few stories tha nations and turs could galvanize themselves around. There was the national story, you know, my country is amazing. Its fantastic, old fine dae for my country. That's how i'm going to be a hero in my life. T, it's the story. And but now we on a drowning in stories. A, and i think what you're seeing is this kind of atomisation, this desication of especially f memory, not just the west, but certainly from a western perspective.
