How Much Person Years Do You Need to Make a Grant?

In a given year, we might do, I don't know, 60 total grant investigations of which half result in grants. And then we're aiming to write about everything we've done publicly so we can be critiqued and all together. That takes a lot of time. It definitely helps that it's evidence action because they're a partner we've worked with for a very long time. So it does make it easier. This is both looking at the intervention and coming up with cost effectiveness thing and looking at evidence action in particular.
