Nazcarav: A lot of the impetus for the standardization came from the drivers and the owners. Nazcaras especially this year, they're trying out mufflers for the first time. They only muffled them down to somewhere around 80, 90 decibels from a high in 10. And it makes a huge difference that 20 decibels to the people who live outside.
