Introduction

In two thousand kinniy chesney and tim mc graw became involved in a scuffle with police officers in buffalo, new york. After chesney was riding a state police horse and refused to get off of the horse despite being told to get off. Mc graw came to chesney's aid after police officers near by believed the horse was being stolen. The two were arrested and charged, chesney for order disorderly conduct, and mc graw for assault. But were acquitted in two thousand one.
